Does anybody out there have information regarding family planning and salary? Are these fellowship trained practitioners compensated on par with generalist? More? Less?

Any insight appreciated. Thanks!

From what I have seen, salaries are generally similar. They still do general obstetrics (including call) and generally less GYN although that volume is substituted with terminations done in the OR. If you take on other clinical duties such as being a fellowship program director etc that can bump up the salary as well.

It can vary, but salary generally should be a little bit more than that of a generalist. Those coming out of fellowship have done subspecialty training, plus have an MPH - generally that earns you a little bit more salary.
