I came to U.S. when I was fourteen so English is still my second language. I still have some accents and make minor mistakes when I speak. When I learn new words I have trouble pronouncing the word properly until I hear it from a native speaker.

Only considering this factor, what specialties are more suitable for me?
I was thinking of general surgery, anesthesiology, radiology, and pathology.

Thank you in advance!

Pathology. Dead people have a hard time understanding words anyway, so I don't think an accent will worsen anything.

Pick what ever you want to do.

I only speak english and i still sound like an idiot when i speak.

Seriously, pick whatever you want to do. Anyone who rags on someone who has an accent and makes minor mistakes has serious problems and should be slapped.

Pick what you love. Picking a field because you don't speak perfect english is foolish.

There are plenty of people in all of those fields in the US who aren't native English speakers. Pick the field you like best.
