I'll be floating at a Wag specialty pharmacy for the first time. Are there any major differences between the daily operations of a typical Wag pharmacy? I plan on reviewing guidelines for specific dz states the pharmacy focuses on. Any tips on Wag specialty pharmacy that can help me prepare before my first day?

Can't really offer much advice, the one time I floated at our specialty pharmacy the RXM was there the whole time I was there and did all the specialty-related work. It was just another day for me (albeit an incredibly slow one - think we did 40-50 scripts over 8 hours.) I wouldn't worry too much about it, if anything approach it as a learning experience to see if you're interested in specialty.
