This link has pretty much the basics of what you need to know for it, just thought I'd share because I see a lot of people asking where to look.

The application opens around June 1st every year. Last year was June 3rd/4th I believe so just be aware. You can't start the application until it opens so it helps to have your personal statement and bio information ready.
Last year they charged ~$240 for one school and $80 per each additional school (this might have gone up). Then once schools receive your primary AADSAS app they will expect you to follow up or might email for a follow up secondary application/fee which could range from $50-100. It could be one essay, multiple essays, no essay, or even a 2x2 photo of yourself.
AADSAS won't send your application out until you have your DAT scores sent to them and transcripts. They will send letters of rec out separately since those are hard to gauge how long it takes to receive them all. Your LOR writers upload them online or snail mail them to AADSAS and then AADSAS distributes them to each school. If you've already taken the DAT I believe the scores automatically get submitted to AADSAS when you give them your DENTPIN.

When your application gets sent to schools, included with it is a cover sheet in which you are able to choose a limited number of EC's/etc to share on it. It also includes your GPA/DAT/DOB/AADSAS ID/Name/sGPA/oGPA/etc. If you aren't familiar with it here's another link.
