This is the drug ad question in bloc k2 about Essepro Creme

The question asks which of the following claims is best supported:

The answer is "adverse events similar to vehicle."

I see the chart in the bottom left. I do not see how that answer is derived. Can anyone shed some light on this one please?

Plus in Block 3, there is an abstract about spironolactone and its benefit in NYHA I-II CHF

I totally do not understand the reason for the first question. They state that an elderly female patient with CHF read this article and comes to ask you if she should be on it.

The right answer is: "The outcomes of the study are of no interest to the patient."

I am the first to admit I am not very good at reading research papers, but I am just totally lost on these two

I think I figured it out.

Many of the other answer choices were merely claims.

There was actual data about adverse effects and this is why that is most strongly supported by the data in the advertisement
