On one hand, I thought that the voltage was NOT dependent on the solution concentrations or quantity of solutions. On the other, I see that there is a Nernst equation which has concentration in the equation. Please clarify.

I think voltage is directly proportional to number of electrons being transferred, which is related to solution concentrations. Electric potential, however, is an intensive property, which is independent of solution concentrations.
 
Electric potential is voltage, and they are dependent on concentrations. Standard electric potential only depends on the reaction itself, because it assumes 1 M of each at 1 atm.
