Hi,

So it seems that lymphocytes are mainly for viral/cancerous/TB AKA intracellular responses, while neutrophils are more bacterial?

Can someone confirm and give me a general rule in thinking about what's on my differential if suppose someone had 'lymphocytosis' vs. 'neutrophilia' vs. other increase in certain WBCs?

Thanks in advance,
