How hard would be to get a residency after the military after pay back time?
Would school rank from your Dental School still be a big factor if you didn't get in the top 10-15%?

How hard would be to get a residency after the military after pay back time?

Some programs look at work experience as a plus; others prefer fresh grads. Lots of people choose to continue with the armed forced for their specialty training. Either way, I imagine motivating yourself to go back to school is probably pretty difficult.

Would school rank from your Dental School still be a big factor if you didn't get in the top 10-15%?

That depends on the specialty and, more specifically, the program. For most OMFS and ortho programs, it probably will hurt you.
