2.7 undergrad gpa, a 3.35 graduate gpa in MPH no MCAT yet. What are my chances.

Try the WAMC sub-forum under pre-med allopathic, as they'll be able to give you more constructive advice than you'd get here. You'll definately need to do a post-bacc to get that GPA up. Consider AACOMAS to shorten your post-bac time, as they do grade replacement while AMCAS averages the grades.
