good video EXCEPT:
he did not mention that doctors get paid for "wRVU", not pure "RVU".
as we all know, RVU = wRVU + insurance RVU + practice expense RVU (the facility side of things).
I cant count how many fellows and even attendings did not realize that their 11,000 "RVU" was only 6000 wRVU until I explained that discrepancy to them.
