Guys Im a little confused by this. What exactly do they mean by AADSAS grading system with +/- and without???

My college uses + and -
But we do not have a grade of A+. Furthermore our A- is a 3.7 which the AADSAS doesnt seem to have. Anyway could you guys help me out out with which table I should choose when I am converting my grades? Thanks.

What AADSAS will do is take your letter grades and calculate your gpa using the +/- system and without the +/- system. So if you got an A-, under AADSAS's +/- system, you would get a 3.667 and without the +/- system you would have a 4.0. It doesn't matter if your school counts your A- as a 3.7 or a 3.193847, you have to go by AADSAS's grading scale.

AADSAS Grading System With +/-

A+ 4.333
A 4.000
A- 3.667
AB 3.5
B+ 3.333
B 3.000
B- 2.667
BC 2.5
C+ 2.333
C 2.000
C- 1.667
CD 1.5
D+ 1.333
D 1.000
D- 0.667
DE 0.5
F+ 0.333
F 0.000

AADSAS Grading System Without +/-

A+ 4.000
A 4.000
A- 4.000
AB 3.5
B+ 3.000
B 3.000
B- 3.000
BC 2.5
C+ 2.000
C 2.000
C- 2.000
CD 1.5
D+ 1.000
D 1.000
D- 1.000
DE 0.5
F+ 0.000
F 0.000

What mark is considered to be AB? and BC? I've always wondered this.

so they will calculate both gpas? Im still not sure.

cool. Whats the point though?

Anyway so if in my school I get an A- (3.7) I should still put A- for the aadsas grade right?

In addition if I make a mistake it will be corrected by them once they recieve my transcript right?

It's one way for them to compare two different applicants who go to schools using the two different GPA grading scales.

If you got an A-, enter it into your application as an A-. However, AADSAS will consider it to be a 4.0 (GPA w/o) and a 3.667 (GPA w +/-).

They will try and correct what mistakes you makebut it will definitely delay your application. Just DON't make any mistakes. :)
