Half hole punch on PAT?

Hey everyone, I just wanted to know if anyone knows if half-hole punches (semicircle shapes) are used on the hole punch section. I've heard mixed responses.

I'm pretty sure that you can expect to see half-circle hole punch questions on the dat. I took it last November and had a few in the hole punch section. Maybe 4 at most (don't particularly remember). At first glance they seem tricky, but if you sit down and visually practice a few (either with a program or old-school paper and hole-punch) you'll get the hang of it.
