Help adding to school list: IL ORM, 3.93/523

I have submitted 24 secondaries, but am looking to add some more schools to increase my chances of being accepted. I am slightly worried I fall into the weird purgatory where I have strong stats that may preclude some schools from seriously considering me out but my ECs are weak which will hurt my chances at the most selective schools.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated

1. cGPA: 3.93; sGPA; 3.93
2. 523 (131, 130, 131, 131)
3. IL (Ties to OH)
4. Ethnicity & URM (Y/N): White/Asian, ORM
5. Undergraduate institution: T10 private
6. Major/Minor: Neuroscience/Global Health Studies
7. Clinical Experience - hard to judge since I have been working full time as a CRC since April; spend some time in clinic engaging with patients but difficult to quantify
   1. 100 hours volunteering at rehab hospital
   2. At least 150 hours as CRC so far
   3. 25 hours while on international medical experience
8. Research Experience - 1000 hours now, another 1200 expected
   1. One paper in review but nothing published
9. Shadowing - 250 hours shadowing
   1. 50 in US - urology and vascular surgery
   2. 200 abroad - radiology, surgery, emergency
10. Non-clinical volunteering -
    1. 100 as a community service program facilitator at local high school
    2. 40 hours volunteering through local hospital to help in underserved neighborhoods
11. Other extracurriculars -
    1. Heavily participated in university’s dance marathon, held exec position in senior year
    2. Held leadership position for medical fraternity
12. Honors -
    1. Dean’s list every quarter

Your relatively low clinical and non clinical hours will limit your chances for interviews at some schools (hours in a foreign country are not as valued as those in the USA). Rush expects far more hours than you have. You could add these schools:

Miami
Rochester
Pittsburgh
