I'm a non-trad. Currently completing a Post-bacc.
Anyways, I have some DO interviews and I am extremely confident I will be accepted and thus start med school in the Fall 2021.
However, the post-bacc program I am in can guarantee me an interview with Lewis Katz MD school if I apply early decision for the Fall 2022 class. My advisors told me that they would be extremely surprised if I didn't get in too.
cGPA 3.3 sGPA 3.85 MCAT 516. (Last 60 hours of course work is a 4.0)
So my question to you all is, should I go to DO school now or is it worth taking the chance on the interview along with the gap year involved?
