Help !!!!!Work as dental assistant

Hi,

I want to work as Dental Assistant in Baltimore (Marryland) and do have work permit . I want to gain some experience which might help me to get into one of Dental school. If anyone can help me will appreciate his/her advice.
And if any one is working as dental assistant in Baltimore and can give some information then will be great help to me.
