Here we go again...on DST problems

For some reason we have to fake the board out b/c it does not adjust times properly when we change the clocks. I remember last time i had to select the wrong time zone so I could get the proper time in my time zone...let me go check it out and play around with it.

edit: ok the key was now i need to set it to the proper time zone since after changing the clocks ahead, the time zone i had to fake it for when we set the clocks back is no longer valid.
