Here's an Mp3 to help keep time during CS practice runs

It's roughly based on the FA for CS guidelines and plays a number of beeps at specific times.

• Single Beep: Start: Doorway info (20 sec)
  
• Double Beep: Take History (7 minutes)
  
• Triple Beep: Take Physical (5 minutes)
• 5 minute warning
  
• Four Beeps: Closure (2.5 minutes)
• End encounter

This is just a tool to help keep track of time and you obviously can be quicker or longer in some areas.
