High GPA High DAT, late October 15th application submission

Hey all, NYS resident here applying to Buffalo, Touro, Stonybrook, Columbia, Harvard, BU, UPenn

Info:
GPA/sGPA: 3.83 / 3.77
DAT: 24 AA / BIO 21 / GC 22 / OC 23 / QR 22 / RC 30 / TS 22 / PAT 19
130 Hours Dental shadowing (got it all from one dentist this summer)
500 Hours undergraduate genetics research
1,000 total Hours paid genetics research at a well known lab over two summers
LORs- Committee Letter from Pre-health - 3 science professors, summer lab employer
-Possibly applying to Army HPSP scholarship, my brother is in it
-Graduating a semester early to work, shadow, and save $$$

Questions:
-What are my chances for Columbia Harvard Upenn?
-Anyone else apply as late as me? I wonder when we will hear back haha
