I am employed by a hospital system with three other rad oncs.

I am looking to communicate with others in a similar situation to discuss, in as much detail as possible, how the arrangement is constructed.

Anyone in my situation or know some folks who are?

Thanks!

Isn't that hospital specific? Remember you're most negotiable point is prior to getting hired.

That is what I am trying to figure out. I am looking for some sort of precedence if possible. It may not matter if its rad onc or some other specialty.

I am not worried about my negotiation per se, but the group as a whole. Right now we all have different contracts and others are reluctant to try and band together because nobody wants to hinder their own situation.

I spoke with an ENT who is hospital employed with three others. They all have the same contract regardless of experience or time served. Is this common or uncommon.

Any ideas or thoughts?
