I am a pharmacy student in Missouri hoping to do some of my rotations in Wisconsin and eventually become licensed as a pharmacist and practice in Wisconsin. I've looked at Wisconsin's Department of Regulation and Licensing website and I'm even more confused than I was before. Do I need to be licensed as an intern to do my rotations in Wisconsin? How do I do that? Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.

I think what you should do is to apply for an intern license in winsconcin ( i think your sch may have to sign some paper work on yr behalf) Better still call the BOP of winsconcin and tryto speak with someone about ur concern.

Wisconsin does not license pharm techs nor interns. You are considered to be an intern after you complete your 2nd year of pharmacy school.
You need to have 1500 hours of experience. You can use your IPPE/APPEs to fulfill this requirement.
You'll need to pass NAPLEX and MPJE.
