How do SMPs generally test?

Hey everybody,
I was wondering how SMPs generally test? Do ones like Georgetown, Cincinnati, Drexel, etc. have their tests as multiple choice, fill in the blank, a mixture of both, etc.? Aren't most medical schools testing by multiple choice and wouldn't SMPs do the same, since they are preparing students for medical school and are basically the first year? Thank you all for your advice and assistance, it is greatly appreciated!!!!!

Experience at my SMP was multiple choice. One exam per course per block.

Our SMP exams are exactly like those in the med school...multiple choice.

Multiple choice at Cincinnnati. Same questions as M1 students.. compared to their averages.
