I really see no reason as to why you have to know how many secondaries a school sends out. As said above, some schools might disclose that on their website, but most don't.
For the schools that don't screen, you can just assume that the # of secondaries sent out = the # of people who submitted their primary to that school.
Many schools send out to everyone. Tbh, secondaries aren't any reason for celebration. Interview invite is the first light you will see.
