How does med school view an A-minus?

Does that equate to a 3.67? Or a 4.0?

By A-, I mean still 90 or above

An A- equates to a 3.7 on AMCAS, whoops.

I believe an A- is a 3.7 on AMCAS and at most universities/colleges.

And anything B+ or above is great in my eyes when it comes to science classes.

Whoops, yep, I definitely messed up my math on that - this is why I should always use a calculator. 3.7 it is.
