Hi everyone!

do MTM rphs use their own phone to make calls (for the positions from home)? Do you block your number, or how does that work if you leave the pt a message to call you back?

also, how do they ensure that the rph really spoke to the pt and completed whatever had to be done, if its just being done on the rph phone? What if someone just lies and marks it as complete? Just wondering how this whole process works and if there’s any accountability. Thanks!

If you have an office number, there are apps that allow you to call from your cell and have it show up as your office number. Check out the Doximity app.

You could also get a Google Voice number and call from it.

There are programs like ring central that you can use to call. It’s provided by the mtm company if you’re doing it remotely.

I have to add that you say a disclaimer in the beginning that all calls are recorded. And an internal auditor will check your cases randomly to make sure you did it/doing it right
