HOw hard is heme-onc to match into?

Where can I find the number of applicants to number of seats for all the IM fellowships?

Also, will there be any effect on the recent rule changes involving heme-oncs not being able to make profit off their chemo drugs? I heard some people comment that oncs make over half hteir income from this practice, and if the rules are changed then oncs stand to lose a great portion of their income.
