"I have a friend" who has scored about a 22 or 21 on his MCAT three times in a row. However, he has a killer GPA; 3.8 and some awesome ECs. What should he do? Dammit what should he do?? And yes it is a friend of mine

Has your "friend" thought about applying DO? They seem to be a tad more "forgiving" (if that's the right word) and tend to look at a student's "entire package" vs. just one statistic.

Just a thought.

You can take it more than three if your friend sends the AAMC a rejection letter.
They only allow people to take the exam who are intending to go to med school (aka no kaplan or TPR teachers).

As others have said, DO or Caribbean are probably the best bets for a score of 22.

u should take it again. I mean, "your friend" should take it again.
