How to Avoid Careless Mistakes?

I don't really know if there is a simple answer to this question or not...anyways, on my last practice test I scored a 35...Which i am happy with, but I noticed about 90% of my mistakes were careless mistakes, stupid errors...is there anything that you guys have found sucessful in avoiding these. I mean, maybe it is just an endurance/stamina problem....

practice. I'd say you know the material you need to know but you just have to get some repitition in to learn to prevent those mistakes. That's my problem too; misreading an answer, filling in the wrong bubble...etc etc.

Slow down. If you find yourself at the end of your practice exams with 30+ mins extra, you are going too fast. Use your time efficiently not hastly.
