How to classify TA/Research class

So I took this class for credit and grade, and it shows up as internship (line break) XYZ program on my unofficial transcript. I'm sure it's not that important, but it never hurts to check. Class met once a week to go over schedule, give presentations on papers, TA one lab a week, worked on group research project, etc. There was no lecture per se, though it wasn't exactly a lab class. I originally put down combined lab/lecture. Any input is appreciated.
Also, would I just put down "Internship" on AMCAS, or "Internship XYZ program". I doubt this matters too much.
