I'm a 4th year medical student who has accepted a preliminary medicine position starting in july and will be applying for advanced neurology PGY2 positions. I failed CK twice, but passed with a 230 on 3rd attempt. I would like to study for the Step 3 from now and hopefully take it in September of this year. Any tips on how to study for this test and what materials are highly recommended.

Thanks

I went through USMLE World once and then First Aid step 3 then went through all the missed and marked questions on World. I had to extend my subscription. $$! I passed, but honestly thought I failed it. I was finishing my transitional year then. If I had to do it all over, I would go through FA step 3 2-3x and then USMLE World and the CCS portion you get with World. Good Luck!
