HPSP School Orders Question

Army HPSP here 3rd year
I didn't get school orders and with board studying I wasn't pushy about it as I should've been I guess. Now I asked for some and they are giving me school orders for this coming February.

So ->
I had an ADT between years 1 and 2
No ADT between years 2 and 3

Now being given orders for early next year.

My question is am I guaranteed 4 ADT pay's or since you can only get 1 per fiscal year am I SOL several grand because I didn't stay on top of them about it.
Or are ADT's not really guaranteed at all?

because the one they are giving me for this coming February is well into the next fiscal year right?

EDIT - not sure I'm wording this question correctly but hopefully someone out there can decipher it

ok responding to my own post now for the sake of students who end up googling this later.

i was just told i am SOL. so it is your responsibility to bug your liaison about getting an ADT. if you do not and/or they do not email you about an ADT then you will not be given one and that is that. no ADT for that fiscal year.
