I have flat feet!

Rigid or symptomatic pes planus (acquired (734) or congenital (754.61)).
SMPG: The use of custom fitted or over-the-counter orthotics does NOT imply pes planus is symptomatic. An applicant with pes planus who reports NO pain limiting symptoms due to walking, marching, running or jumping (with or without orthotics) activities meets standard.

They are going to check for it at MEPs, and they will likely find out like they did with me. I just told them it never bothered me and I never knew (which I didn't). They cleared me, so no worries.

My recruiter told me she knew a girl who cracked at meps and said she was allergic to horses. Couldnt get paperwork verifying it so she got disqualified. Id say dont say anything unless they notice then do as @8th said. Unless you have the flattest feet the doctor has ever seen.
