Oh man, is there a worse narcotic patient/seeker than one that only wants Watson Soma? The "All the other ones make me break out, will you call every store to find them?" while they whisper to their "friend". No, I don't play those games, take the script or the pills. Our wholesaler has been sending us only Sun brand and it makes me so happy so I can send them packing.

If a customer asks for a specific brand of a control that control is no longer being filled in my store. Period. No exceptions. Can't change your mind and take the yellow ones when you find out that's all we have.

I just explain as nicely as possible they are exhibiting drug seeking behavior. They are acting (without knowledge) like a junkie. By that time they are so pissed off they usually leave.
