So about two years ago, I saw an MRI of a patient who had a very rare disorder...and I can't find the images, and I don't remember the disease, nor the problem...but the MRI images were very distinctive.

I'm hoping one of you can give me the name of the syndrome/disease.

The lumbar spine MRI had very distinct end plate changes with a very delineated linear line very different from modic changes. That's all I can remember.

Male/Female?
Was the disorder the cause of the MRI changes or secondary to treatment for it?
Were the vertebral bodies otherwise distorted/compressed/etc?
