I been trying to figure out how to upload my photo for my ACT ticket but all im getting is the requirements on how the photo should be which isn't helping me not one bit. I have to get it in before the 6th which is in a couple of days can anyone please tell me how do I upload my photo please and thank you.

Try another computer, clear the cookies and history, log in again, try another pic, if nothing works call them up.

I found out I had to pay b4 I could upload my photo but I got everything done b4 the photo deadline thank you for the advice
