i would say mac all the way, for a reason you wouldnt expect: the gestures and the supreme trackpad. It has to be a macbook pro though.
When youre on the job youre going to be juggling your MAR, natus, reports, imaging, email etc.
The mac just has an incredibly smooth and easy way to transition between different desktop screens and different windows without having to go down to the task bar and click on windows. Ive used a PC for nearly 15 years of my life and just picked up a mac for this fellowship year, ans I just dont think pcs compare in terms of pure productivity per minute.
