Check the post-bacc program at Penn - it's part of their continuing ed./adult education program. They offered several of their classes online and I think immuno was one of them. If it is, I've heard awesome things about the profs who teach it.

UC berkeley has an extension school and offers immunology. It's only ~800$ too, which is a lot cheaper than Penns!
