Since AADSAS only lets us upload four LOR and a lot of schools have specific requirements for that, how do we send a school a letter that wasn't uploaded to AADSAS?

I see there is an option to send by email or mail. Could I send it to myself and then physically mail it again to the dental school?

No you can't, if you do so the letter won't be confidential anymore, and it's deemed almost useless for schools. You have to ask your recommender to email the letter directly to the school's admission committee. I'm submitting my 3rd science letter to Columbia that way.
