Internal Moonlighting

My residency program is trying to set up an internal moonlighting program. Would any other residents who have internal moonlighting at their institutions be willing to message me to discuss how their programs are set up? (You do not need to tell me the name of your program.) Thank you!

In our program

1) Only internal moonlighting is allowed
2) Resident has to be in good standing
3) Resident has to have a permanent license/DEA; lawyers logic is that since it is not part of formal/required residency training then temporary license cannot be used.
4) Since moonlighting is internal; residents already have their liability coverage paid for by the hospital and have faculty back-up
