International OMFS rotations for residents

I'm trying to find information on international OMFS rotations for residents with other programs or organizations. I've read about organizations such as smile train to help increase exp in clefts/craniofacial while volunteering overseas and also some programs send residents to foreign hospitals as well. Can anyone here elaborate on international rotations or programs that take US OMFS residents for 1 month electives?
