Hello,
I'm looking for some advice. I've been accepted into an optometry program in the UK (I know this is not a doctor of optometry program). However, I'm wondering if it is worth my while to go there and then afterwards complete the bridging program?
I haven't been able to find any information on the pass rate of the CSAO/NBEO after completing the bridging program and/or being educated in the UK.
I want to know if I should take my chances or if I should wait and re-apply for 2014 entry at an accredited optometry school in North America.
If anyone here has completed the bridging program at Waterloo or was educated internationally and now works in Canada/the US I would really love your input.
