International students going to AUC (non-US/Canadian citizens)

I am an international student studying pre-med in the US, i am holding an F-1 student visa and will be graduating in April 2013. I am planning to join AUC school of medicine in may of this year, is there any international students who have been to AUC or the Caribbean that can give me some advice. I am worried about getting back to the US for rotations and getting a residency.
