International vs. USA MCAT Question

Hi everyone, I would like to know if there is a difference (in terms of difficulty, formatting, etc) between MCAT exams administered abroad and those administered in the US. Assuming that one is well-prepared for the exam, is there any downside to taking the test abroad?
