Interventional cardiology fellowship starting 2014

Did anyone apply for interventional cardiology fellowship this year? How is the competition this year?
I am also curious to know what are the top programs out there? I am interested in 2 year program so leaning towards doing additional year in structural.

How would you rank Columbia, CCF, Scripps, Mayo, MGH, Brigham, Hopkins, WHC, Cedars-Sinai, Duke, Oschner, Emory?

Would appreciate any input.
