How flexible are medical schools in scheduling interviews? My boss requested that I work a special project the week following Thanksgiving, during which I would not be able to have any unexpected absences. Should I avoid accepting this request, or are schools generally flexible for this sort of thing?

Depends on the school, but the schools I've gotten interviews from (with the exception of one or two) have had many dates to choose from for the most part. So there's been a lot of flexibility

Great to hear! Did these dates span many days in the same week, or a selection of dates among a few weeks?

The majority had multiple weeks with multiple dates throughout. Some schools had a handful of dates peppered over the course of 2 months. One of the schools I interviewed at had one date open and only opened dates as needed. Really just depends on the school.
