Interview Swap: Yale Transitional Year

I have a Yale TY interview scheduled for Dec 16th and have an unavoidable scheduling conflict. Can anyone swap for Jan 13 or Jan 27? Or Dec 23 as a second choice, if possible? I would really appreciate it! )
