IPM physician in Kenosha WI area

I think that @PinchandBurn used to practice in this area, but they don't seem to be as active on this board as they used to be. Anyone have recommendations? Patient is a otherwise healthy 55 year old female with groin pain and limited hip flexion and IR.

I work an hour an a half from there, so prob too far.
