MPH Iquiry regarding listing the schools I'm applying to in the new SOPHAS

Hello guys,

In the Questions section in the SOPHAS CAS 3.0, which is the new application plateform, some universities put a question regarding the universities I'm planning to apply to. Shall I answer this question honestly?!

Definitely answer honestly. You do not want to lie on your application. You may qualify for an application fee waiver for the first designation depending on how many schools you apply to. A lower ranked school may offer you a scholarship if they see you have many acceptances.

I was asked this same question on one of my applications for a school that did not go through SOPHAS. I answered honestly and saved $75 on the application, which was great since I did not matriculate there in the end.
