Of course First Aid is a must get...But I was just wondering if their First Aid Cases book is good as well or not worth investing into?

BQ: How about the First Aid General Principles, and First Aid Organ Systems?

The First Aid Cases books is good for case-based review of step 1 material. It's a good book but not a "must have" though.
I've looked through First Aid Organ Systems and General principles. These are OKAY. I found them too detailed. They can be used as a supplement but I think First Aid for the USMLE step 1 is more valuable because it focuses on the high yield materials and is much more concise.

I say, skip every other variation ^ except the FA for the USMLE I itself.

For subject by subject review, I would rely on BRS or HY if you need it for Path, Phys, Pharm, Neuroanatomy etc.

For Micro, stick with Clinical Micro made ridiculously Easy

^ I love that book so much, sometimes I read it leisurely just for fun.
