Is it just me or is the "most affordable" list completely wrong?

It seems like when I specifically go to the sites for a lot of these schools, pt tuition seems to be different (more different than the 2 year span since it was written would account for) than what I've looked up. For example, it looks to me like UNE is closer to 125k than 64k. And it appears to leaves out places like U of South Alabama, which is somewhere around 56k for residents if I remember correctly.
