Is the official guide to Mcat 3rd worth it?

First of all,
1. Should I purchase this? Is it worth it? Is it a helpful additional resource for my preparation or are they repetitive from prep companies etc.?

2. It's $30 but since Im in Canada, its +$30 shipping! Is there anyway around this to get it cheaper? Holllly....

Yes but buy the first edition the questions are exactly the same. you can probably find it on ebay for cheaper or check sale section
